Probo d.o.o., OIB 11008990289, Batinići 3, 21265 Studenci-Lovreć processes the personal data of users of its services and visitors to www.hoteldom.hr in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Act on Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, Official Gazette 42/18).
Personal data is processed only when necessary and where an appropriate legal basis exists under the GDPR: legal obligation, contractual relationship, data subject’s consent, protection of the data subject’s vital interests, or the legitimate interests of Probo d.o.o.
Probo d.o.o. places great importance on the protection of personal data of its guests, employees, visitors, website users, and all other users of our services, and is committed to treating personal data as confidential and proprietary information.
Probo d.o.o. processes your personal data for the following purposes:
Reservation System
When processing reservation inquiries, we collect your first and last name, home address, email address, and phone number, along with any information necessary to provide you with relevant responses regarding accommodation and other services we offer.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be registered as our guest. Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of providing the service you have booked and for registration in the central tourist records system, which is a legal requirement in the Republic of Croatia.
For this purpose, upon check-in we may request additional information such as your document number, date and place of issue, nationality, country of residence, date and place of birth, and vehicle registration number if you are using our vehicle parking services.
The processing of the above data is necessary for the provision of accommodation services.
Promotional Messages
If you give us your prior consent or submit your email address via the newsletter sign-up form on our website, we will inform you about offers, discounts, and news from our range of services.

Surveys and Questionnaires
Your opinion is very important to us. We want to know whether you are satisfied with our services and where you feel there is room for improvement. Participation in surveys is entirely voluntary, as is the provision of personal data on survey forms.
Inquiries and Complaints
The satisfaction of our guests is our top priority. In order to respond to your inquiries or complaints, we require your name, surname, and email address so that we may contact you. Any data you provide when reaching out to us will be used solely to respond to and resolve your inquiry.
Personal data required for the resolution of service-related complaints is retained from the date of receipt in accordance with consumer protection and hospitality service regulations.
Recipients of Personal Data
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary to provide a service you have specifically requested (e.g. excursion or transport arrangements). Under the laws of the Republic of Croatia, we are required in certain circumstances to provide guest and user data to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable legislation.
An exception applies to website visitor data collected via cookies for the purpose of better understanding user needs and improving our services:
Google Analytics — data collected by this service includes the user’s IP address, browser type, language, operating system, and other standard data used for statistical analysis of website visitors.

Video Surveillance
The use of video surveillance systems on Probo d.o.o. premises and surrounding outdoor areas is governed by a dedicated internal policy, established to ensure lawful, secure, and transparent monitoring for the protection of persons and property, access control, and business security. The policy applies to all locations, systems, and surveillance processes operated by Probo d.o.o., all persons present in monitored areas, and all employees and contractors with authorised access to recordings where applicable.
Retention of Personal Data
Your personal data is stored in accordance with the retention periods prescribed by applicable law and the business policy of Probo d.o.o. Upon expiry of these periods, your personal data will be deleted.
Guest data is retained for one year. Data held in the e-Visitor system is retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Where credit card data is provided as a reservation guarantee, it is retained in our system for up to 30 days following your check-out. If the guarantee amount is charged, the data is retained in accordance with accounting regulations.
Video surveillance recordings are retained for 15 days.
Data collected on the basis of consent is retained until that consent is withdrawn.

Data Security Measures
Probo d.o.o. guarantees an appropriate level of data processing security for its guests, users, and partners. To ensure adequate confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data, we implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures based on a data processing risk assessment.
We collect only the data necessary for the purpose of processing and do not retain it for longer than required.
Your Rights
Depending on the purpose and legal basis of processing and applicable legislation, you may at any time request:

- Restriction of processing of your personal data
